The air-conditioned apartment 67m2 consists of 1 separate bedroom, 2 bathrooms, office and living room, fully equipped kitchen and sunny balcony. There is an elevator and a parking spot in underground garage. We use innovation but also little things to create unforgettable memories for our guests.. Our mission is crating atmosphere that feels like home! Whole apartment – lights, AC, heating, TV – is voice-managed and controlled. There is a 65-inch screen TV in the living room and a projector in the bedroom, both including Netflix, HBOmax and IPTV. Are fridge is always full (food, snacks, ice-cream,…) and you will find more then you have on most places where breakfast is included! Home-office, or the study, is intended for gaming, work from home, creative work or just surfing and is equipped with high-performances PC and two HP Z24i monitors and the Internet connection (200/20MBs). There is also a poker-machine, but for fun only! The balcony is perfect for cup of coffee in the morning or relaxing glass of wine/favorite cocktail in the evening.

The apartment is located in a Slavonski Brod a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, only 10-minute-walk from the main square or 10-minute-walk from picnic area Poloj. Not far away, there is also a recreation center Vijuš with a swimming pool, bowling alley and a gym. Supermarket and a caffe bar are also nearby.
