Located in Lisbon hottest new neighborhoods, Intendente and Anjos, and only 10 minutes walking to the city center, this fully renovated apartment with AC Units and a fast Internet fiber connection, is great for families, couples, friends and digital nomads! Combines an amazing 70 sqm Terrace with Barbecue (BBQ) and a chill area, in a private, calm, and cosy atmosphere with modern facilities. Fits up to 4 people, one room with a double bed (1,60m*2m), and the second room, which has curtains to give you privacy, with a single bed that can be turned into a double bed (pull out bed - 1,60m*2m). Please check the pictures. We offer Coffee (Nespresso, Italian press and French press), Tea, various spices, and a local welcome gift: a bottle of good Portuguese Wine! There are underground parking lots available 200 meters away from the flat and, the Metro stop "Intendente", green line, that takes you downtown in 2 stops, is literally 50 meters away. However, you'll be a short 10 minutes walk from the city center and you are surrounded by a lively neighborhood with some of the best and well known local Portuguese restaurants and historical neighborhoods! Also, we kindly ask our guests to water our little garden every 2 days. If you're not up to it, we can go ourselves and enter through the side door, doing it ourselves but letting you know beforehand. Thanks!

We are 2 Portuguese brothers who love to travel! We've both had the opportunity to study and live abroad throughout our lives, which has given us the chance to meet people from all over the world. You'll be a short 10 minutes walk from downtown. However, the Metro (green line) station "Intendente" is literally 50 meters away and takes you downtown in just 2 stops! There's also a stop of the very famous 28 tram next to the flat and you'll have plenty of famous Portuguese restaurants nearby like the one and only seafood restaurant Ramiro! GETTING TO THE FLAT FROM THE AIRPORT: Take the metro and change at "Alameda". Then take the Green Line, direction "Cais do Sodré", and hop off at "Intendente". Take the exit that goes to "Rua dos Anjos" and in 1 minute you'll find us at number 36A. GETTING TO THE FLAT WITH THE CAR: There is an underground parking 10 minutes away (Parque Campo Mártires da Pátria) from the flat that costs 15 eur a day. You can also park in the street but it is paid (free on weekends and public holidays) and, depending on the time you are arriving, it may be difficult to get a place since you are in the center of Lisbon. Ask us beforehand. We don't recommend Taxis from the airport. Take the Uber instead. If you end up getting a taxi, make sure the driver turns on the meter. You should pay around 15 eur at most.
