Staying in Downtown gives you a great taste of the Emirates’ urban lifestyle and you’re just a short 20 minutes from two of Dubai’s best beaches. The living area is part of the property’s bright open-planned space. The communal space features a lounge area with a sofa that can convert to a bed for extra sleeping options, accompanying armchairs, a wall-mounted TV and floor-to-ceiling windows that open out to a furnished balcony with views of the community’s grand entrance and walkway. Set aside in its own dedicated area is a stylish six-seater dining table close to the kitchen with high-end fittings and all the appliances needed for a seamless stay. The master bedroom contains a king-size double bed, premium bedding and bedside tables with community views. Guests can use the fitted wardrobes for all their holiday essentials and a deluxe en suite bathroom with twin basins, a tub and a separate shower unit. The second bedroom is a large room with beautiful downtown views. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, premium bedding and bedside tables. There is a vanity desk, a TV, and an en suite bathroom featuring a tub with shower fittings. Guests have access to a rejuvenating, full-service spa, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, full-size swimming pools, and an expansive choice of restaurants and shops. Downtown Dubai is the dynamic hub of this burgeoning young city, filled with the regions biggest and the world’s greatest attractions such as The Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destination, The Dubai Fountain, the world’s tallest performing fountain and of course the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa.

All of which are a short walking distance from the apartment, along with the Dubai Opera House and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, the vibrant thoroughfare dotted with cafes and retail outlets. Whenever you’re ready to head out into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences Dubai style. For those lazy beach days, a taxi will get you to the Arabian Gulf in 5 minutes and for the more adventurous traveller, how about venturing out to Dubai Creek and taking a Dhow Dinner Cruise. When you’re ready to explore the city further afield, you can take the Dubai Metro or an RTA taxi. Uber and other car services are also available and widely used throughout the Emirate.
