This residence sits at the intersection of Emirates Hills, Emirates Golf Club, Montgomerie Golf Course and the Jumeirah Lake Towers neighbourhood which comprises of around 80 glittering high-rise towers scattered around three large ornamental lakes and lush greenery, where the blend between business and residential keeps this area buzzing from morning to night. The complex sits adjacent to Dubai Marina, separated by Sheikh Zayed Road, the lifeline of Dubai and the Dubai Metro.
