Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with twin beds. A family bathroom completes the picture. There is also a private patio and parking area, and shared use of the owner’s 17-acre grounds. Adjoining the house and accessed via the kitchen is a covered verandah with blinds for privacy, which houses a fabulous hot tub, with plenty of space for all four guests. The forest has way-marked walks, cycle ways and a visitor centre, whilst the Durham Dales has a plethora of beautiful scenery, including High Force in Upper Teesdale with its 70ft waterfall.
